Annual General Meeting 1st Dec 2011
12 Jan 2012
The RDICL AGM was held at Reading Golf Club on 1st December 2011
The meeting was attended by 23 representing 12 teams. In brief full details to be published on website later in January
1. The revised Constitution & Rules were adopted by the meeting as proposed with minor amendment - refer to full Constitution & rules listed on the website.

2. Election of Offficers- Brian Hargreaves formerly league Secretary took up the post as Treasurer, Committee Members elected Bruce Stroud -Maidenhead, Darren Gateward- Calcot, Nick Jacobs- Goring and John Carter- Reading. The Secretary role for 2012 is being carried out by the President with the workload being shared amongst the committee.

3. League Format - The proposal was to continue with division 1 & 2 and revert back to 7 teams in each division with matches on a neutral course playing 12 games, playing each team twice over the season.
For 2012 season East Berks resigned from the league after many years of dedicated support through lack of interest from current players but had hoped to be back soon. All other remaining teams confirmed thier continued support. It was agreed all current existing teams would remain in the league making 9 teams in division 2 therefore for 2012 playing 8 games only.

4. Matchplay Knockout was voted in with draw being held at the Annual Dinner.
